Latham

Latham is a hamlet in Albany County, New York; It is located along U.S. Route 9 in the town of Colonie, a dense suburb 15 minutes north of Albany. As of the 2010 census the population was 20,736.

Latham is a community perfect for an individual or family to enjoy everything the Capital District has to offer while living in a haven that separates them from the sometimes busy atmosphere of New York’s capital, Albany.
